Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a customer service minded person to take care of our internal IT support, related to operating systems, hardware and software, supporting our US operations. You will also be the first point of contact for our external customers for issues related to Aiforia cloud.
In this role you will need to be adaptive, a quick learner, reliable and able to follow up cases until completion. You will cooperate with our EU technical teams, but because of the time zone differences you will also have to gather information and make decisions on your own and thus be a self starter.
Further responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with uploading, converting and preparing images for the Aiforia cloud software
- Be the hands-on person for setting up network devices and peripherals in our internal premises
Requirements:
- Customer service minded mentality
- Previous experience in a similar role is expected
- A keen interest in IT and how computers and software in general work
What is seen as an advantage:
- Experience with some of the following technologies: Azure, AWS, GCP, PowerShell, Bash
