Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a customer-centric software wizard to join Aiforia as a Service Engineer. Taking care of integration and deployment of Aiforia's cloud-based solutions to our customers' systems and providing continuous support, you will have a key role in bringing cutting edge technology to practical use in healthcare. You will be an important part of our experienced and engaging development team working with modern cloud technologies to deliver a quality product to our customers.
In addition to having profound coding skills with .NET/C# and Python, as well as knowledge of cloud technologies, you are a people person and enjoy collaborating closely with customers. As our biggest customers are, for instance, in France, Italy and Spain, we are looking for someone who speaks one of these languages in addition to fluent English.
The position is full-time and located in Finland with flexible hybrid working model, we meet regularly at our Helsinki office. We are happy to describe our salary model when we proceed to introductory discussions. Please note that Aiforia is not able to sponsor any visas for this position.
Your software superhero cape is tailored with these features:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial companies, doing agile software development in close interaction with customers
- Strong programming skills in .NET/C# and Python, deep understanding of cloud technologies (Azure/GCP/AWS) and experience in REST API design. Knowledge of Git (Bitbucket), Docker, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in optimizing code performance, troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science or other applicable field
- You are a customer-centric self-starter and enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative environment
- You have an endless desire to educate yourself and grow professionally, while also sharing knowledge with others
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural team, with fluency in spoken and written English in addition to fluent French/Italian/Spanish
