Are you ready to assist medical professionals in harnessing the power of AI and enabling an unprecedented level of tissue diagnostics and medical image analysis in the future?
We are seeking a Deployment & Solutions Manager to drive successful customer deployment and integration projects of our AI-assisted Digital Pathology solutions. As the main point of contact for customers, you will lead deployment projects, ensure seamless integration and provide ongoing support throughout product delivery. A key aspect of this role is helping pathologists adopt AI into their workflow, enabling them to leverage cutting-edge technology effectively.
Location: Europe, Helsinki (Hybrid work)
Main Responsibilities:
Drive AI-assisted Digital Pathology customer deployment projects from initiation to completion.
Lead the deployment and integration planning, collaborating with customers, integration teams, and Product Owners (POs).
Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the deployment process.
Support the sales team in pre-sales discussions, the sales process, and post-sales activities.
Train and support pathologists and other clinical users in integrating AI into their workflow for enhanced efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.
This position offers room for growth, with the potential to lead an engineering team developing integration and deployment platform capabilities in the future.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in deployment, integration, or project management within healthcare or medical technology.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
Experience with Digital Pathology, Laboratory Workflows, AI solutions, or experience from various IT fields, and experience with healthcare IT is particularly highly valued
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Understanding of medical software compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Fluent English language skills are required, other languages are a plus.
MSc or BSc in applicable field
Understanding of core cloud computing concepts, different cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and cloud based deployments with Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes
Understanding of modern networking, security, and authentication protocols and methods
Familiarity with different digital pathology systems (e.g. LIS, IMS) and understanding of modern integrations and technical healthcare standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR) is considered as a plus.
Knowledge of R&D processes in medical devices(ISO13485, IEC 62304)
Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA
